About The Professor
For more than two decades, he has dedicated his career to helping entrepreneurs, organizations, and communities build something that lasts.
His journey began in the United States Army as an Airborne telecommunications non-commissioned officer, where he learned the importance of discipline, structure, accountability, and mission-focused execution. Those lessons would later become the foundation of his work as an entrepreneur, educator, consultant, and institution builder.
After serving in the military and working as a network engineer for the largest communications company in the world, he launched his first business in Atlanta, Georgia. What started as a single entrepreneurial venture evolved into a multi-company enterprise that opened and supported hundreds of businesses throughout the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. Along the way, he helped entrepreneurs secure funding, develop business plans, negotiate leases, build operational systems, and launch successful storefronts in numerous industries.
Today, as a founder of a collection of organizations focused on helping businesses reduce failure, strengthen operations, develop leaders, and build sustainable growth systems, his vast experience of up and downs has been crucially valuable to those he's trained and consulted. Through consulting firms, educational institutions, technology companies, and business incubators, his teams, under his leadership, have helped founders transform ideas into enterprises and enterprises into institutions.
My mission is simple.
To help founders, leaders, and organizations build something that survives them.
Whether through consulting, education, speaking, institution building, or leadership development, I believe the strongest organizations are built on structure, discipline, accountability, and purpose.
I've spent more than two decades learning those lessons through business, military service, education, and life.
Now I share them with others.

Education has always been central to his mission.
While serving in the U.S. Army as a combat signal Airborne Paratrooper (with dozens of jumps to his credit), he completed the highly intense and coveted Group Instructor Training Course while stationed in Camp Carroll, South Korea.
He has served as a business and economics professor at Oglethorpe University, Bellevue University, and Southern Crescent Technical College, teaching subjects ranging from economics and management to entrepreneurship and retail operations. He also developed curricula for universities, workforce programs, youth initiatives, and entrepreneurial development organizations.
As an author, he has published multiple books focused on entrepreneurship, leadership, wealth creation, personal development, and business ownership. His work has reached tens of thousands of readers and has helped aspiring entrepreneurs transition from employees into employers.
Throughout his career, he has have worked alongside local, territorial, state, federal, and international stakeholders to support entrepreneurship and economic development initiatives.
The work has included collaborations involving government agencies, workforce development programs, educational institutions, chambers of commerce, community organizations, and business owners seeking to strengthen their local economies. From assisting entrepreneurs in underserved communities to supporting business development initiatives in the Virgin Islands and the Caribbean, the focus has remained the same: creating pathways to ownership, opportunity, and sustainability.
Over the years, he have been featured by national and regional media outlets, appeared on radio and television programs, and contributed thousands of published articles and opinion pieces on entrepreneurship, leadership, economics, and community development.
His insights have been featured by major media outlets, while previously served as a recurring business subject matter expert for nationally syndicated radio programs reaching millions of listeners.

I attended his conference and I felt the price was too high until it was over... It should've been 5x the amount based on the knowledge I gained.

He will come to your business and save your marriage. That's all I will say about that...
Don't give me the credit... Jesus is the cheat code. "Professor Devin"
