Over the course of his career, Professor Devin has authored books on entrepreneurship, leadership, culture, personal development, economic empowerment, and institution building. His works have been used in training programs, conferences, educational initiatives, and entrepreneurial development efforts throughout the United States and Caribbean.

Unlike many consultants who work independently, Professor Robinson built and led consulting and enterprise development organizations comprised of senior managers, project managers, consultants, trainers, and field teams responsible for supporting business launches, expansions, and operational development initiatives throughout North America and the Caribbean.

Through these organizations, he developed systems designed to guide entrepreneurs from concept to implementation while providing the staffing, project oversight, operational support, and technical expertise necessary to move businesses from planning into execution.

Collectively, these efforts contributed to the launch, development, or expansion of more than 200 businesses across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean.

Business development projects have included work in Toronto, Montreal, and Niagara Falls, Canada; St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands; Tortola, British Virgin Islands; and throughout more than two dozen U.S. states, including Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, California, Arizona, Washington, Alaska, Florida, Virginia, Delaware, Colorado, North Dakota, Michigan, Illinois, Louisiana, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.

The businesses supported represented a wide range of industries, including restaurants, food trucks, transportation companies, retail businesses, beauty supply stores, salons, medical practices, physical therapy clinics, automotive businesses, and professional service firms.

In addition to business development services, Professor Robinson and his teams assisted entrepreneurs in securing more than $5 million in funding to support startup formation, expansion projects, equipment purchases, inventory acquisition, and operational growth.

His incubation philosophy extends beyond business planning. Entrepreneurs require structure, guidance, accountability, implementation, and access to experienced professionals capable of helping them navigate real-world business challenges. As a result, his organizations focused on delivering support across strategy, operations, marketing, funding readiness, systems development, workforce planning, and long-term sustainability.

Having built and managed organizations consisting of consultants, project managers, trainers, and operational personnel, Professor Robinson understands both sides of entrepreneurship: building businesses and building the teams required to support them.

This combination of leadership, infrastructure, and implementation experience has enabled hundreds of entrepreneurs to move beyond ideas and into sustainable business operations.
