The Retail Institute was established to train aspiring beauty supply store owners through a structured educational and incubation model. Unlike traditional seminars or coaching programs, the Institute was designed as a complete educational ecosystem.

Live practical training lab (live customers, point-of-sale, inventory management, etc.
